Helping mentor groups to help our kids
The Hunter Youth Mentor Collaborative (HYMC) is an umbrella organisation for groups providing youth mentoring programs. We help develop, support and promote the growth of mentoring programs through monthly networking meetings and special forums; providing funding for special projects; and advocating on behalf of mentoring groups.
We do not run mentoring programs or recruit mentors. CLICK HERE to contact local mentoring groups.
We meet on the first Tuesday of every second month at 12.30 at Hunter Business Chamber, Mayfield. Our next meetings are on October 7 and December 2. See "News" section for details.
We hold at least one Mentoring Forum per year in partnership with Youth Mentoring Network.
The HYMC Educational Scholarships have closed. Applicants will be advised if they have been successful by the end of the year.
