The Hunter Youth Mentor Collaborative (HYMC) is an umbrella group for organisations interested in supporting youth mentoring programs. The survey is to determine what support the HYMC could provide to other mentor groups. The survey consists of only seven questions and should take 2-3 minutes to complete.
